01 Center Shift Manager

POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible to provide students with a safe and structured living environment that fosters student retention, satisfaction, achievement and success. Oversees the daily management of social development programs and uses proper judgment and discretion to resolve student and staff issues and problems. Manages non-class hours residential living environment and ensures quality recreational and evening programming to enhance students independent living and employability skills. Ensures strict confidentiality of sensitive information and integrity of student data.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: High School diploma or equivalent required. Associate of Arts Degree from an accredited school or preferred. A minimum of one year experience in program management and direction with a substantial experience working with youth. Must possess a valid in-State Driver’s License and meet the Company insurability requirements. Physical requirements include sitting, standing, climbing, walking, lifting, pulling and/or pushing, carrying, reaching, stooping and crouching. Demonstrates the ability to lift 40 pounds and / or the ability to assess the lift load in order to ask for necessary assistance.
MANAGEMENT AND SUPERVISION: Supervises and manages the Social Development staff and Department. Serves as the Acting Social Development Director in the Social Development Director’s absence.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
