Budget Analyst with Security Clearance

Dutieso Serves as an advisor to various staff and subordinate unit commanders on program-related areas.
o Provides technical and/or administrative guidance, assistance, and instruction to lower-graded military and/or Civilian staff assigned to assist in carrying out budgetary functions.
o Ensures guidelines contained in Agency regulations (e.
g.
, Army Regulation (AR) 11-2, Internal Controls) are operable.
o Performs long-range planning and analysis and makes recommendations on budget priorities.
o Analyzes program manager budget submissions, conducts independent budget analyses, and provides managers with advice and training as necessaryRequirements Conditions of Employmento Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
o This position requires the incumbent to obtain and maintain a Financial Management Level 2 Certification.
o This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment.
o This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 25% of the time.
