Dutieso Provides direct input and assistance into the development and execution of the collective and individual training programs for pre and post deployment.o Advises on all aspects of policy, planning, review, and research related to all aspects of pre and post deployment training.o Serves as the Army Expedited Civilian Workforce (AECW) Organizational Inspection Program planner and manager that plans, manages and coordinates the conduct of the AECWs Organizational Inspection Program.o Represents the directorate in actions involving training and training-related activities with subordinate commands, higher headquarters and Department of Defense (DoD) Force Providers Requirements Conditions of Employmento Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.o Travel may be required up to 15% of the time.o Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearanceQualifications Who May Apply:

Experience:
One year of specialized experience which includes:
